Virtual Small Mat Group Classes: (55min)
Pilates & Eldoa Mat: This is a great class for experienced beginners to advanced Pilates lovers. Solidify your foundational practice with correct form and alignment while developing flow into your practice. We will end the class with some specific Eldoa (Etirements Longitudinauxavec Decoapation Osteo Articulaire = Postural self-normalising technique designed for widening the space se within a chosen articulation.
Pilates Mat & Meditation: In this class we start with about 40 min of Pilates Mat and focusing on stretching and ending with a 15 min meditation. After this class you feel rested and ready for a good night sleep.
Intermediate Pilates Mat Flow: This class combines strength training, cardio, and mind body balance into a fun and dynamic movement class with the principles of Pilates. Feel energized after this class.
Virtual Group Class Description:
Pilates: named after Joseph Hubert Pilates it is a full body exercises to work from the inside to the outside (deep muscle group to the superficial muscle group). Releasing the gripping of the muscles and learning to let the muscle “flow” in their own strength. Mind and Body connection!
Integrative Movement Specialist: Dr. Evan Osar designed the program where I depend on my understanding of breathing, alignment, tight “gripping” muscles in movement.
ELDOA 3: is a French acronym for Elongation Longitudinaux avec Decoaption Osteo Articulaire, which largely translates to MYOFASCIAL STRETCHING. The ELDOA method, created by world-renowned osteopath Guy Voyer, DO, consists of postures that target specific joints or spinal segments in order to relieve pressure and restore blood flow.
Jump M.A.T. (muscle activation technique): is a non-invasive technique, designed to balance the muscular system of your body to “jumpstart” the muscles in order for them to function with maximum efficiency. Was developed by Greg Roskopf.
